We’re one of the UK’s charities who need your help in this weekend’s Two Point Six Challenge!
Our counsellors are supporting even more people as the nation struggles to come to terms with the mental health impact of changing work and family circumstances, financial insecurity, isolation, bereavement, societal breakdown and prolonged uncertainty caused by the Covid-19 outbreak.
On the day that would have been the 40th edition of the London Marathon, we’re asking you to create your own challenge related to the numbers 2.6 or 26 and then fundraise or donate to our charity. The ideas and options are endless, so what will your 2.6 Challenge be?
Anyone can take on the challenge!
This could be basically anything including something as simple as pledging to…
run or ride 2.6 miles as your daily exercise, holding the plank for 2.6 minutes, to gardening for 26 minutes, hula hooping 26 times, or a challenge unique to you… the list is endless!
