Telephone, Online and Face to Face Counselling

The Counselling Foundation is proud to continue delivering our services during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are pleased to offer counselling remotely via phone and online, depending on your preference and we remain open for face to face counselling in certain centres. We have introduced many safety measures in order to comply with government guidelines.

We provide flexible access to mental health support, offering convenient appointments.  Our sessions offer the same support and confidentiality as face to face counselling whilst observing social distancing measures.

The Online / Telephone Counselling Experience
You may be uncertain about how it will feel to talk to someone who is not in the room with you, even if you choose to have sessions via video link. If you need help now, and you have any misgivings, you are welcome to contact us and we will be happy to answer any questions and hopefully dispel any worries you may have.

Waiting times are reduced because of the flexibility of appointment times this option offers.

Worried you won’t be able to afford counselling?
We are here to help and regularly have a range of grants and funding available to help subsidise the cost of your weekly counselling if you are unable to pay our minimum counselling fees.

For anyone who is receiving benefits or who is on a limited income, we have very accessible low cost payment options to enter into our counselling service,

Part funded counselling appointments
Thanks to generous donations and grants including National Lottery Funding and Hertfordshire Community Foundation (HCF), we are able to part fund long term weekly appointments.
