The Foundation had busy week marking #MHAW18, culminating with our stand at the Luton Mall on 18 May.
We enjoyed a rewarding few hours, talking to the communities of Luton. It was encouraging to see many people from different cultures interested in pursuing counselling as a career.
Pam Firth (Programme Tutor), Helen Thomas (Luton Hub Manager) and Angela Pask (Marketing) were on hand to advise people on their nearest Foundation Counselling Centre in Luton and listen to those who just want to stop and chat and those who may have already benefited from counselling.
We also shared how people can prevent stress in the work place including five signs to recognise when employees are stressed.
