If you need a little Monday motivation, we share some quotes from inspirational women to mark International Women’s Day on Friday 8 March.

International Women’s Day, is a worldwide event which highlights the social, economic, cultural and political achievements and contributions made by women. The theme this year is “think equal, build smart, innovate for change”.

We recognise and celebrate all the women who have made important contributions to the development of psychology along with the women using their celebrity status to share their struggles with ill mental health to highlight it can happen to anyone.
