We are hoping to be one of the good causes that the St Albans Rotary Club support in 2019.
In the meantime, you can get involved in helping to fundraise on Sunday 13 May. If you are a fan of cycling and want to see beautiful Hertfordshire countryside, burn off some Easter calories or just have fun – then please join us! We are entering a team in the St Albans Charity Cycle Ride to raise funds for the Foundation.
You can do this by riding or by sponsoring one of the cyclists for 10, 20, 30 or 40 miles.
We are asking all to pledge £25 in donations or sponsorship.
Sponsorship forms can be downloaded here.
Check-in opens at 8am, and start times are:
• 8.45am or 9:00am for 40 mile riders (choose your start time when you enter)
• 9.15am for 30 mile riders
• 9.30am for 20 mile riders
• 9.45am for 10 mile riders
Check-in will close promptly at 10.30am. Anyone who has not checked in by 10:30am will not be able to start the ride.
If you don’t fancy a two-wheeled tour, why not volunteer to help Rotary put on the event that raises £40,000 a year for good causes by helping the Registration Team (handing out of shirts, stamping cards etc)
If would like to be involved in any way please email firstname.lastname@example.org
