During these uncertain and challenging times more people than ever are seeking mental health support. Given the recent government announcement regarding a national lockdown, we would like to reassure our clients that we are committed to continuing to provide both online and face to face counselling. For face to face counselling risk assessments, additional cleaning and government guidelines on health and safety have been followed to ensure that we try to reduce the risk of spreading the virus. We would ask that all clients ensure that they are familiar with these before visiting our centres.
For many, telephone and online / video counselling offer increased flexibility and, while it is a different experience to that of face-to-face counselling, the service provided is no less professional or valuable. It also allows us to adhere to social distancing requirements.
More information about how we are currently delivering counselling services and how to access them, can be found here.
