Highlighting the importance of reaching out and talking the royal couple are encouraging people to talk and connect with each other using technology to help them during the coronavirus pandemic.
They recognise the frustrations and stress many people are experiencing during self isolation for many people and recommend using online tools such as NHS Every Mind Matters.
The Foundation is continuing to offer therapeutic help by switching from face-to-face counselling to a phone or a simple to use online webcam or phone camera service until the current emergency is over.
As soon as the COVID-19 pandemic is over and it is judged safe to do so, we will re-open our face to face counselling service.
