Cathedral Donation Celebration
Our sincere thanks to the Congregational Giving Team, St Albans Cathedral for giving its support to our vital work in making counselling available to anyone experiencing anxiety, depression or grief.
The Cathedral Abbey Church of St Albans Mission has donated £1,000 to our charity. This funding is especially valuable at this time because May marks the first anniversary of our Bereavement service.
Judy Mallinson and Jo Spilling from our St Albans centre, were on hand to receive a generous donation of £1,000 from, The Dean of St Albans Cathedral, the Very Reverend Dr Jeffrey John at a sunny afternoon tea ceremony at the Deanery on Sunday 12 May.
A timely donation to coincide with Mental Health Awareness Week 2019 #MHAW19 we are grateful for the support in aid of our open ended counselling and bereavement services. The donation will go directly to help subsidise counselling to help people access counselling who would otherwise not be able to afford it.
