Who is this course for:
Designed as a stand-alone course for those wishing to upskill or as a preliminary access course for those considering the 3-year core Diploma training. This 10-week course will introduce you to the key concepts in psychodynamic counselling and teach you basic counselling skills which are useful in any work context and in navigating the many challenges of life. It allows you the opportunity to explore the field before making a long-term commitment.
There are no formal academic requirements to enrol on this course but a few years relevant work and life experience are required.
Applicants may be interviewed.
An IELTS score of 7 (minimum) is required if English is not your first language.
