We’re delighted our Bedford Counselling Centre has been selected to take part in the Co-op Local Community Fund. To help us make the most of this funding opportunity, we share a few ways you can help support our charity and boost our funding.
How the Fund Works
Our cause is one of three causes in our Bedford community where Co-op members can select our Bedford Counseling Centre to support between now and 23 October 2021.
Co-op customers can now get involved help our counselling charity’s mission to ensure long term counselling is available to support those who are on low incomes.
New and existing supporters can become a Co-op member, so they can earn rewards for the Foundation and help more people access life changing subsidised counselling. When you visit and buy any Co-op branded products and services, the Co-op will donate 1% from the cost of these purchases or our charity.
Every pound raised through choosing us will help fund counselling sessions to enable us to top the cost of counselling for those living in the Bedford area. Funding is vital, so we can help those who struggle to meet the minimum weekly counselling fee. We will be able to help even more people receive the benefits of phone and online counselling, especially during a the time when it is needed most.
How to become a Co-op member
Anyone who is already a Co-op member can select The Counselling Foundation, Bedford or St Albans Centre as their chosen charity. Just sign into your membership account or call the membership helpline on 0800 023 4708. Members can shop at any Co-op Group stores across the UK to earn rewards for their chosen charity.
The more members who select us and shop with us, the more funds we receive.
