Today is what many of us recognise as ‘Blue Monday’.
The Counselling Foundation understands depression and anxiety does not care what day or month it is and that our mental health can be affected at any time of the year. This year is exceptionally difficult, we’re missing vital human contact through not being able to see and hug our family and friends.
Reach out to our charity, our counselling is available not just for blue Monday, but throughout the year, to offer weekly impartial support, online, phone or in person.
Part funded counselling appointments are available, helping to take the financial pressure off talking to a counsellor.

Take extra care of yourself today…

  1. Reach out to family, a friend, neighbour and take five minutes to share a virtual cup of tea.
  2. Step outside for a walk and breathe in some fresh air.
  3. Exercise Go for a cycle, stretch, meditate
  4. Take some time for you; pick up a book or magazine
